By using Confessify (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What You Can Do

You may use Confessify to create and share interactive letters for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for what you write and who you share links with.

3. What You Must Not Do

You must not use the service to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or defame anyone
• Share illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights
• Impersonate others or mislead about the source of a letter
• Attempt to break or abuse the service (e.g. scraping, bypassing access controls)

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the text and choices you put into your letters. By using the service, you give us the rights we need to operate it (e.g. storing and serving links, shortening URLs). We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for marketing or other purposes beyond providing the service.

5. No Guarantee

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or secure. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Confessify (e.g. someone sharing a link you sent, loss of data, or service outages).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
